Shepherd’s Gate receives NO TAX DOLLARS! We are supported solely by friends who have a desire to make a difference in the lives of battered and homeless women and children.
There are many ways you can support Shepherd’s Gate financially; a monetary gift, stocks, or one of the following programs.
Shepherds at the Gate is a very special group of individuals who have committed to support Shepherd’s Gate by sending a monthly gift. These generous donors help guarantee a stable monthly income that helps provide for our operating costs. You can even have your tax-deductible gift given automatically through your checking account or by credit card each month.
Honor and Memorial Brick. Buy a brick and help save a life. When you purchase a 4x8 brick from us, we will have it engraved with 1-3 lines of inscription of your choice and placed in our Honor/Memorial Garden which is centrally located on the Livermore Campus. Your brick will be part of a pathway, encircling a fountain which is surrounded by flowers and trees, providing a peaceful setting and leaving a lasting impression on the women and children, as well as visitors for generations to come. A card will be sent which you can use to notify a loved one of your gift.
If you would like to give regularly but find it hard to remember to send in your gift, maybe an automatic deduction from your credit card or checking account would be something that would work for you. It is fast and easy to set up and a tax-deductible receipt for your gift will be sent to you each month.
