Resolved to Serve

By Steve and Carla McRee

We are so thankful for the opportunities God has given us to serve homeless and abused women and children this past year — but we are already looking to the year ahead. We are resolved to serve these precious families to the very best of our ability. We know there will be many challenges, but we also know that God will be faithful!

One way that we are growing is that we now have 2 programs to help women and children.

Our long-term program, The Road to Freedom Program, helps women and children who are rebuilding after struggling to survive homelessness, addiction, abuse, and poverty.

Our newest program is a short-term program called The Working Women Program. It’s designed to help women (with or without children) who have already achieved recovery and are working, but who are still right on the brink of homelessness due to economic instability or other challenges. Sometimes the best way to address homelessness is before it even starts!

We thank you for your prayers and support as we reach out to rescue women and children and help them rebuild their lives. How blessed we are to have such partners in this mission!
